Bar Manager Jonte Highton has created the Tanqueray Sour…. with a floral and tangy finish, this sweet and sour number is a palate pleaser married with all-spice and cinnamon served straight up in a coupette.
Your perfectly matched Tasting Plate is the Duck Pancake, from the kitchen of Head Chef, Mark Penna. The richness of the duck and the salty-sweet hoisin and plum sauce is perfectly balanced with the fresh crispness of cucumber and lettuce – and it all comes together in the coolest of edible pancake parcels.
